ROWSTED started with one unforgettable espresso in a European café — bold, complex, and unlike anything I’d tasted before. I’d been a coffee drinker for years, but that shot sparked an obsession. I dove deep into espresso, chasing the perfect cup. That journey led me to roasting my own beans, and before long, my hobby became ROWSTED — a small-batch roasting company focused on craft, freshness, and flavor without compromise.
